How do you provide support?
We provide product support via email. We do not offer product support via our Facebook or Twitter social media pages, nor do we offer phone support.
Does your plugin work with the latest version of WordPress?
Yes, it is our highest priority always to keep our plugins up-to-date and to work with the latest version of WordPress.
Where do I download my purchase?
Once you have a purchased a plugin, you will receive an email with the downloadable product. Should take no longer than ~2 minutes to recieve your download.
How does refunds work?
We currently do not issue refunds for our digital products. If you have a question about a particular plugin, contact us before making a purchase, and we will be sure to respond in a timely fashion.
How often are plugins updated?
We tend to update our themes and plugins any time our customers, or we discover a bug, or there is a new feature that we feel should be added.
How do I update my purchased plugin?
Check for updates via your email as we tend to send you an email everytime our plugin has been updated.
